Do you write the email copy and design?
Yes. Copywriting, design, and building the emails in your platform are all included; you review and approve before anything sends.
Will this hurt my sender reputation if I haven’t emailed my list in a while?
We’ll assess your list health first and recommend a re-engagement or list-cleaning step before a full send resumes, so we don’t damage deliverability.
What’s the difference between flows and campaigns?
Flows are automated (triggered by an action like a signup or purchase); campaigns are one-time sends. We build both, but prioritize flows first since they run continuously.
How do you measure success?
Open and click rates matter, but revenue per email sent and per flow is the number we optimize toward.
How many emails is too many to send per week?
There is no universal number. Frequency should be set by engagement data, not a fixed rule: segments that consistently open and click can handle more frequent sends, while less engaged segments need fewer, better-targeted emails to avoid unsubscribes and spam complaints.
Do you handle SMS marketing as well as email?
Yes, for clients where it makes sense. SMS works well for time-sensitive offers and cart recovery specifically, but we do not recommend it as a default channel for every client since overuse of SMS drives opt-outs faster than email ever does.
Can you migrate our flows from another platform?
Yes. We rebuild existing flows on the new platform rather than exporting them as-is, since a straight import often carries over the same segmentation and design issues that made the migration worth doing in the first place.
